Shane currently holds the position of Turnkey Services Senior Project Manager supporting Europe and Africa for Rotating Machinery Dynamics (RoMaDyn) in Europe.

Prior to his position with RoMaDyn, Shane was working as an independent contractor. Shane has over 15 years of industry experience, including 6+ years in Bently Nevada's field service organization. Shane also has been involved in over 160 turnkey projects worldwide on various types of rotating and reciprocating machinery which makes him one of the most experienced in the world in his field of expertise.

Shane attended college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and is currently pursuing his Masters in Engineering Management.
