Richard currently holds the position of Global Services Manager for Rotating Machinery Dynamics (RoMaDyn) in Minden, NV.

Prior to his current role, Richard was the Manager of Global Machinery Diagnostics for Bently Nevada. As the Manager of Global Machinery Diagnostics, his main responsibilities included technical oversight of the global MDS engineering operations for Bently Nevada. Richard also held various other management positions for Bently Nevada including Eastern Area Services Manager; North American Manager, Machinery Management Services (MMS); Principal MDS Engineer; and various other field positions within Bently Nevada’s MDS organization.

His work experience includes 11 years as a rotating equipment engineer in the petrochemical industry, 17 years in the Engineering Services Department of Bently Nevada, and the past 2 years in his current position. He has published several papers relating to machinery diagnostics and management. He is currently the co-editor for Bently Pressurized Bearing Company’s technical newsletter: The Bearing News.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1975 and is registered as a Professional Engineer in the states of Nevada and Louisiana. He is a member of ASME as well as Tau Beta Pi and Pi Tau Sigma Engineering Honor Societies.
